  2. Distance should be maintained from dangerous habits like smoking and alcohol consumption which are already notorious for their harmful effects on humans.

  4. An active lifestyle should be adopted where physical exercises should take up a big space which can contribute to increase in sperm count.

  5. Reduction in masturbation also aids in increasing sperm count. Its very much advisable to maintain a three day gap between two consecutive ejaculations.

  6. Tight undergarments, tight pants or hot water bath should be avoided which can overheat testicles, causing low sperm count or low sperm motility.
